    My BlackBerry Q10 just upgraded to OS10.2.
    After that I'm now unable to access any website, no error message on browser.

    I already cleared cache, rebooted phone, tried mobile data & wifi, same issue.
    My apps don't have any issue connecting to the network, only the native browser.

    You might have to register the phone with your carrier
