Apparently Mayor Ford is a party animal. how do I get an invite to one of his parties? They sound like a blast!

Here's what he has to say:
"Yes, I have smoked crack cocaine," Mr Ford said outside his office on Tuesday.
"There have been times when I've been in a drunken stupor. That's why I want to see the tape."

"I want everyone in the city to see this tape. I don't even recall there being a tape or video. I want to see the state that I was in."

You can flog him all you want for smoking crack while in office and lying about it, but this is just stupid. Does anyone know what he is talking about? Does anyone know when this happened? To answer the question of the thread. I've met him on several occasions and always seemed like a decent person, but Ive never partied with the guy. I knew of several people who have, technically, since he used to host BBQs open to the public every year.
