    I downloaded koko and remember the milk and both won't work. The apps opens, loads and then shuts down again! I deleted and downloaded it again but the problem won't go! Any suggestion on how to make it work?

    Welcome to CrackBerry! Have you tried rebooting your device after removal of those apps? Using the volume buttons, you press and hold both until the phone reboots and the blue BB logo shows up. After loaded, please wait for a few more minutes ... and try redownloading?

    Even when I got the phone this problem did not occur but after 3 weeks I had this issue, though it is solved now
