I had lots of app issues after 10.2 so last night did security wipe back to factory default and loaded all software updates and reloaded apps but for Skype, flip board, British airways app, they all open and then immediately close. Any ideas how to solve this?

Try updating run time link above

EDIT: You need to restart phone after runtime update

Ok downloaded, installed and restarted device. Do reinstall apps of just try the ones that were not working before?

You shouldn't have to. Just as long as you restarted to allow the new runtime to be fully installed, you should be good to go.

I just updated run time and restated phone

Took a little longer for the apps to open the first time after this procedure, but once they open they appear to behave normal.
