Paid for Blackgram and side loaded Igrann. It's tough both seem ok on the whole Blackgram has the same issue cb app has on my z30 ie text going of the screen and also doesn't seem to always scroll properly so for now igrann wins for me.

Yeah Igrann is very smooth and I liked that he shared his progress with us.
The key icon is the VPN profile that I needed to have connected in order for the side loaded app side swype to work. The app makes side loading possible via my BlackBerry z10 compared to having to be connected to my laptop.

On my Z10 Blackgram does not scroll properly for me either. Igrann is a lot more smooth, now I do remember him posting that profiles won't work on Igrann for now, so there's no accessing others' profiles.

Used both Blackgram and igrann and I'll say go with the sideload version 4.2.4. Blackgram keeps causing my password to keep needing a reset even though I was logged out of other apps. That never happened with scope app or flipboard. Tried to upload a picture to instagram today using Blackgram and I got kicked out again. After that I just reinstalled the Android sideload. Also you can't share to Facebook, Twitter etc on Blackgram like you can on the official app.. all be it a sideload.

However, in regards to the two bb10 native apps.. I'll go with Blackgram cos it's without a doubt the more instagram experience and in my opinion is done very well. It's also not slow or jerky.

Seems like it'd be the other way around. iGrann is written in native Cascades, while BlackGram is written in HTML5, which generally doesn't perform nearly as well as native. iGrann is still in beta, so it's being improved upon now.

You're right. Igrann with cascades is smoother but.. the Blackgram app is smooth too and not at all bad. So that coupled with the look and instagram experience it offers naked it my choice of the native apps.

Blackgram runs fine, but nowhere near as smooth as the cascades on Igrann. I agree with your comment earlier about the side loaded version though
