I think so but I don't think they have a prepaid blackberry plan...

You can put the SIM card into an unlocked phone (Thats what I did), but I'm not sure about the pre-paid.

Yes, you can use an unlocked BB8800 and get a sim for it with Tmobile and get the Flex pay BB plan for 39.99. You will have to get an additional flex pay plan for voice as well if you choose to use the phone for more then data.
