I'm not sure where you want this thread to go. Everyone has issues with every type of phone at one time or another.

Hi. I'm it Rogers Canada. Had my Z since March. Since then I have frozen twice, battery pull on one and hard reset on the other (had otter box on) only other problem I have had with this phone is contacts. Since day one contacts have been all over the place. Even with 10.2 I spent 3 hours fixing contacts after upgrade. Come on BlackBerry get the contacts figure out. Its about time.
Oh ya one more thing. I lost all my messages with the 10.1 Mr.

But I treat mine badly and abuse it a lot, after all it is only a damn phone.

I have a problem. Audio keeps dropping out while streaming via HDMI when I ff or pause for a length of time, minimize and check an email or something, change videos...... this doesn't happen every time but at least 3/4 of the time. I have to unplug then plug back in the hdmi cable to fix this. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 times. Very annoying. I was hoping 10.2 would fix this but nope.....

And no it's not the cable or tv....

All works fine for me except one glitch...my twiter and facebook says its "not connected" when i got to settings > accounts, but im still getting notifications....weird

Had a texting issue with one of the leaks. No problems since the official 10.2 update and I didn't have any problems with 10.1.

I'm on Rogers and my BlackBerry was built in Mexico. It's been very solid and smooth for me.

I have been using the Z10 from it's release too, still on 10.1 (not sure when my provider will be rolling out 10.2 ).. no issues.. although bigger battery would be nice

I have had my Z10 since April and can say that I have not had a single issue with it since I got it. Even when doing the updates from T-Mobile, I know a lot of people said they had issues but I updated my phone, my brothers Z10 and my mom's Z10 without any issues. I'm thrilled with this phone!

I want to try and figure out side loading and maybe then I'll have some issues but so far so good!

Z10 since day one, and aside from typical growing pains, I haven't found anything that's given me regrets. BlackBerry travel is a bit screwed up, but I haven't really invested a lot of time in trying to get to the bottom of it.

No issues apart from a couple of lock ups. One of those was pretty much self inflicted and the other I think was just impatience.

The phone has been great. No issues since I bought it on March. Only ocasional reboots at the very beginning.

I have 4 accounts on my phone. 2 yahoo and 2 gmail accounts. Had a lot of duplicate contacts on my address book until realized that the problem was not the phone but the merge of the contacts from all accounts. Logged directly to Yahoo and Gmail and fixed the address book on the Web first. Reloaded the contacts back into my Z10 and no issues since then.
