Hi need your help

My Z10 stl 1 error 10-0015
First suddenly just pop up this error sign.
First thing I do is pull out the battery and put it back again,rastart but just stop and doesn't continue to home screen.
Then I run autoloader 1767 and stop reading, error : failed to load image
Huft I trying to run different autoloader and still the same error
Clean the pc/laptop also get same error
Try use another laptop and still get the same error


Arrggg give up, I don't know what should I do,now my Z10 stay sleeping in my drawer

Yes this is my Z10 stl 2 that get error 0002 but I run autoloader and back normal

But not for my Z10 stl1 which is error 10-0015

This error happens if you forget your blackberry q10 password and pass de 10 recovery attempts , following with a message sayin that if you continue will wipe out all data, if you continue it starts to wipe out data and takes hours with just showing a small icon on screen, you get desperate a do what must people do, take out the battery an put back, bingo! you get the Error bb 10-0015 on the screen with a yellow triangle on top and a sign, it is a mystery, no genius can solve, no computer master can give you a solution, no solutions in the internet, is give you the impression that your phone have been abducted by aliens. Q10 IS NOT GOOD, JUST THROW IT TO THE GARBAGE

Actually... it's caused by a file system error.

Just send your phone to me and for God's sake, stop doing battery pulls while the phone is powered on.

Try reloading or using an autoloader with the battery out. When the battery is in the phone gets stuck in a loop while trying to load the corrupted OS/read the corrupted file system. With the battery out, it just cycles the Bootrom which is all that is needed to get a connection in order to reload the OS. You can also try SIC Wipe.
