    the blackberry sign in the corner of my screen has just disappeared? I've tried taking out the battery and everything but nothing seems to work, it's really annoying because now I cant use BBM which is the main reason I have a Q10.
    please help me to reslove this issue?

    Can you explain a little more? When you say Blackberry sign, do you mean the icon for the BBM app is missing from your homescreen?
