    I'm a Chinese who is working in Vietnam now. I would never figure out why BlackBerry has to treat users from different areas so differently. While most of the os10 users are enjoying the convenience of betazone app, I still have to use key code to upgrade BBM. I've tried many ways, including installing betazone when I travel to Thailand. But it doesn't work becasue I can't upgrade my betazone app through BB world here in Vietnam.
    I'm a fan of BlackBerry phones so far. But the way BlackBerry promotes its products is rediculous and it is really starting to hurt my feeling now. I just can't be sure how long I will stick to it.

    For the longest time I needed a code too. It is only recently that I can just sign in to the Beta Zone and download (in Canada). Are you on OS 10 or another?
