Need help: A friend just downloaded BBM to his iPhone and sent me a BBM invite. When I click on the link, I get a screen to send him a response. My responses did not put him into my contact list. I sent him invites back, and he gets a link, that when launched, gives him nothing. Total frustration on both sides. Can someone help?

The email/text thing seems to be very frustrating for some. Do you have his pin? Does he have yours? Ask him to invite you via pin.

I set up two of my friends with iPhones on BBM and sent invites via pin and worked fine.

Yes, I have his PIN. I sent a few invites to it, but he says the links he gets do "nothing." I can't see what he's getting from this side, but he says he gets nothing.

I have a Q10 and do not get the screens shown in that video. When I click on the blue link (his PIN number) I get placed in a field that says "enter text here." My responses to that seem to do nothing. They do not add his PIN to my contacts list...

Seems to be an issue with BB10 phones and iOS. I have a few BB10 friends and it took multiple attempts to add them with no luck. Then about 20 mins later they appeared in my contact list.
