    I was after the .131 locked official runtime (so I have it available to reinstall if anything goes wrong with the unlocked runtimes I was going to try) but your first link is actually the .125 runtime.

    Does anyone have the .131 locked official runtime?

    Don't worry - I downloaded a full copy of the relevant release and used the tools to extract the .131 runtime from it.
