    Many people seem have to have gotten the 10.2 update but i haven't gotten it for my phone yet.. it says the latest software is installed.. what can I do?

    Borrow a sim card for another network, update the software then replace your sim card.

    M on Airtel toooooo......they said they'll release the update this week on a twitter update on Thursday bt now that the week is over still no update lolz
    Vodafone has released the update in India so pop in a Vodafone sim nd get the update or wait a cpl of dayz Airtel should release the update till then :P

    Had the same issue. Use the option to update the device software via Web (the other two options are using BlackBerry Link and using OTA update.
