    Hi,

Having issues after updating to 10.2 (10.2.0.1791 from Rogers).

The touchscreen calibration/accuracy is way off, almost 3/8". It is constant over the complete vertical axis. Left-right calibration is fine.

All other Apps and OS are fine and accurate.

    Reboot hasn't helped.

    Any ideas?

    Ouch, that's no good.

You can try a device reset first. (NOT the same as a restart.)
Hold down your top button for about 30 seconds. Keep pressing it down, ignoring onscreen countdown and restart option, BB splashscreen, black screen, red LED, and BB splashscreen again. I hold down that button until I see the blue startup icon.

    Anything better after that reboot?

If not, have you tested other games too?
If Fieldrunners is the only one, email their support ASAP via link in BB World listing.

    Tried the reset, no luck.

Others games (cut rope, stick tennis, etc.) are all working fine.

Sent email to developer, no response yet...

    Thanks

I've asked a friend with a Q10 who I believe just bought Fieldrunners 2 last week.

Not sure whether he's played it yet, nor if he even has 10.2 yet.

    We'll see what he says...

    Update:
Member I mentioned hasn't had chance to play yet. He'll try to check it out soon.

I'll check later if anyone else from our Forums team has a Q10 plus this game.

Yes it is not accurate anymore. You should touch below of each buttom to select buttom. It is very hard while you want to place the weapon on field also to setting the game. You are exactly right.

Has either of you contacted Subatomic about the issue with their game?

If you go to Fieldrunners 2 listing in BB World, open overflow menu (3 dots) and select Contact Support.

Be sure to let the developer know. Hopefully that helps getting it resolved faster. I haven't played it since. Too hard....
