Hi guys

Before updating to 10.2, i had a fb friend request notification. I ignored it and it never went away. Always showed up ad 1 notification.

Tried deleting it many times with no luck.

So I updated to 10.2 and it was still there.. i tried deleting as well. No luck.


So I thought I could uninstall fb.

Restart

It was still there!


So I reinstalled fb..

Now it's worse

Under hub it shows 2 folders for Facebook one with the same notification!



Any ideas?

This is the problem i am also facing this also there are too many notifications came in Facebook hub.so much headache to delete one by one....

Remove Facebook account and make sure Hub is clear. If so, re-add account, turn off sync messages. If not, then just backup and wipe.

If nothing else works, you may need to back up using link, reload the software and recover.
In some cases software updates have the potential to produce the issues you are experiencing.

Edit: too slow, backing up and wiping as mentioned before would also do the job.

Don't waste your time messing around. Backup, sync contacts/calendar. Wipe, sync, don't restore. Test for a bit, if works then restore. If messes up then you are restoring corrupt data. I never bother restoring backup. I sync my PIM info back and just install apps from BlackBerry world.
