Type in "bbm" in Twitter search and there is literally a post every second about it. However, it isn't in the worldwide trends on the left side. Click on any of the other ones that are a "trend" and they aren't nearly as active as bbm.

It is trending in dubai and London. I only checked these, but I am sure it's trending in other countries as well.

Thought I'd add to the convo. I used my 'Feather Duster' app to see how popular BBM & BlackBerry were today. I used a few keywords. Now u obviously can't infer too much from the data, but I took more positive from it than negative.

Can you provide a link for that number? Last I heard out of BlackBerry was 10 mil in the first day. Was wondering how that had changed since.

So many of these types of comments come from people that never had a smart phone before iPhone or Android became popular and widely available. It's just the 'cool' thing to do, bash BlackBerry so that it appears you had it back then and moved on ... like many of the kids born in the mid 90s pretending they miss making and listening to 'mixed tapes'. Give me a break you nouveau-smart-phone punks.
