I am using bbm on android JB 4.1.2
I have set profile picture on my device but its not shown on others device
I tried to remove picture then replace moretime.
Unfortunately its not work and other way i tried clear data and cache then repeat to set up but nothing change
Any can help?

Give it time. Profile pictures are the lowest priority message in BBM (they don't change often) and the servers are probably working at full load with all the recent new users.

I'm having this issue for some of my contacts also. Both parties are unable to view each other's profile pictures. I'm on a blackberry and have experienced this issue happening on ios and android. It's been almost 24 hours for one of my contacts where I first noticed it. So it's not the servers. Or at least I doubt it.

I experienced the same thing. It took about 30 hrs for one contact to update.

Yes. I am having contacts getting updated now. Guess it actually is a sever issue

They are definitely lagging. As this initial demand spike wanes it will settle in.

Pls advised how you can get update your profil pict so your friend can view it on their device.
I hv got answer for this issue.
So they cant see my pict eventhough in history of update status is exist.
