Is anyone else having a problem with the texting. Every time I open up a text thread it lags and then freezes. Sometimes the keyboard doesn't show up and then later it appears but without the text block and can stay that way from 2-7 minutes. Even if I try to open up a different text thread from a different person it opens up the same frozen state from the previous person. I don't know what to do I've reloaded the device and even if I hit refresh from the options it stays frozen. Anyone know of any solution?

I had the same problem initially after 10.2 update. Restarted the device, been good since. But to be honest, I've been light on the texting today, so I can't confirm that it is indeed fixed.

Same problem. Tried restarting the hub, refreshing the hub, doesn't do anything. Restarting the phone fixes it but it comes back eventually.

Same problem here. Had it with 10.1 MR and now worse with 10.2

I had this issue with one of the leaks. Once I began having the issue, I tried to fix it by downloading another leak but still had the problem. I was finally able to fix it by reloading the leak and then not reloading my previous data.

It was a bit of a pain having to manually re-enter all my passwords but it completely fixed my texting problem.

Same. Had it with the 10.1 MR, as well. It seems slightly better on 10.2, but it's still there. I think it stems from the phone loading the entire SMS history or something. I was really hoping that 10.2 would fix it...

Yea it only started after I downloaded the latest leak but it seems to have continued over to the official 10.2. This only happened before I downloaded any leaks when I had text threads that had a lot of msgs but I fixed that by deleting the thread and there was no lag. I'll try the restart but if anyone has a permanent fix please let us know

Having same problem with official OS 10.2 through Telus. Can't load texts from anywhere now. Really frustrating.
