    I've installed leaked 10.2.0.1791 on my Z10. Now I come to know that official version i.e 10.2.0.424 has been released. I want to know is there any way I could get the official version by downgrading or something ?

    connect to the pc via bb link and check for update.it should do it.for me it worked

    It's the same os. You're confusing os version and software release. They're different numbers. SR 424 is os 1791.

    Tapped out on Halle (Black)Berry aka Z10 running 10.2.0.1443

    I'm on leaked 1725. I've connected it to BlackBerry Link but it says I have the latest software. Should I wipe my phone?

    The official upgrade may not have come to you just yet. Give it some time, until you know that others on your same network are getting the upgrade. My carrier sent an email stating that the upgrade was available. Your OS version should be low enough that a straight upgrade OTA is possible.

    10.2.0.1791 = 10.2.0.424
    First is OS and second is Software version

    Check what the second response said about the OS vs software version (under "os" in the About menu.

    If that didn't turn out to be the case, you have to download an older official version, install that, and then do another search for updates. Can't go lower directly in Link.

    Mine still says I have the latest software. I didn't get the roll out for 10.1 still not getting that for 10.2. I use an unlocked t mobile z10. I'm on 1725 leak btw. Should I downgrade? Or wipe my device or what

    If you look at your OS info in settings, Software Release, probably, will be empty, that means, that when official 10.2 will hit your carrier, you will be notified.

    I was on leaked 1791 and got notified about 10.2 Update. It was 31 Mb for me.
