    Anyone know how to remove the Rogers Bloatware and keep it off? I delete it and it gets reinstalled!

    Drop it in a folder called Junk and forget about it. Only solution.

    Just ignore the Software Update notifications of only a few MB and you're good

    It's current network based - regardless of SIM lock status.

    Example, my unlocked Verizon Q10 downloads Rogers upgrades when a Rogers SIM is in it.
