Okay so i just updated to 10.2.0.424 over rogers in Canada and whenever i try to look at past messages, it doesn't display the contact info on the top but rather the phone number. Has anyone else experienced this problem so far?

Having same issue here happened to me when switched contacts over from BlackBerry 9900 to z10 and just happened again doing update to 10.2

Same here, tried removing my contacts account and adding it back, not any better =/

I saw this initially but just wait and if your experience is the same as mine, it will resolve itself.

im with bell and mine hasn't fixed itself and its been over 2 hours. all contacts gone and I cannot add any either.
Going into the contacts Icon, and checking All, Favorites, BBM and there are absolutely none still.

it just fixed itself. I think it just needed some time to restore all my settings. So happy with 10.2
