    I live in SW Ontario and am on Rogers. I phoned them to find out when I might see 10.2 update. Rogers rep said that it had nothing to do with them - it was up to BlackBerry.

    So does the update come through BlackBerry or the carriers?

    Not this again. Carriers always blame Blackberry! Though to my knowledge, it comes from your carrier after they approve it from Blackberry. I believe apple is the only OS that bypasses the carriers.
