    I had to delete my active sync email account and reinstall it. How do I delete it from the hub.

    In other words, the account is no longer active. I have two listing in the hub for the same e-mail address. How do I get rid of the old one that appears in the Hub menu.

    When deleting an email address, you should reboot before re-adding. With the device powered on, press and hold the volume up & down buttons until the device powers off, restarts, and you see the startup animation begin. (This is the BB 10 replacement for the Legacy battery pull.)

    I have tried it with my AOL account and it disappeared from the hub without the battery pull. Can't figure out why it did not do the same with my work outlook account. I am afraid I will now have 3 work accounts in the hub if I try.

    You have to go to settings and tap accounts... you will see it there.. open the account you wish to delete and you'll have the option in the bottom bar to delete it...

    Delete the newly added account (from within accounts), then reboot and check the Hub. Both entries should be gone. Then re-add the account.

    I deleted and rebooted and the old account is still showing in the hub.

    That is very odd... You should consider a back up and then a wipe and reinstall... I can't think of any other way to help you at this point...
