So, ordered a Z30 today and decided to list my Z10 on Kijiji to see if I would get a bite and low and behold I did and within 2 hours of posting it, it was sold.

I'm now slumming it with my Nexus 4 until my Z30 arrives (which probably wont be until next Wednesday at the earliest).

Funny thing is, I feel like I my favorite TV show just got cancelled. I think I'm already in BB withdrawal :-)

On top of that, I'm worried I made a mistake selling my Z10 before the Z30 arrives. What if I don't like the Z30 as much as I think I will? That shouldn't be an issue since it is better than the Z10 in almost every way... and the only BB phone to disappoint me was the Torch (sorry Torch lovers!). Worse case I guess is re-buy the Z10 but I doubt it will come to that.

Too bad Telus just wont sell the bloody things in store outright (at least none close by in Ottawa would...) Oh well... patience was never my strong suit.

It's always good to have a back up phone your ok with using in the case of an emergency. My BlackBerry Bold 9900 got messed up a month or two before the Z10 was released. I was forced to use an HTC Sensation in the mean time and it was awful! I would have preferred to use my old Curve 8530, but it had a dead battery. Now I know having a good backup is almost as important as having a good daily driver.

I know that feeling of helplessness; I experienced that feeling when my Z10 had to go in for repair for 1week. So now I have kept my Z10 as backup.
The Z30 is simply a thing of beauty. I was at a party yesterday and showed a former BlackBerry user and as I expected he was blown over. He is getting a Z30.

$300. I bought it for $500. It was more of a drop than i would have liked but there were loads for sale and most below $300. Ones over $300 were still new, sealed in box.

Better than nothing I guess.
