I'm wondering if there is an app for my Q10 that is similar to PicLab. I found an apk file, but since my screen is smaller I can't see the options below to add the text. Any suggestions??

Search BB World for PicsArt. Not only do you have text option, you have a slew of other things like adding flares, color etc

I'm still on the Verizon Official OS (as you know!!!). That much be it.

Images are a problem at the moment. They seem to have limited the size or something.

It's an android port so you can always try and sideload it yourself.

The problem with that is, you might end up with something that the dev. didn't intend for you to have (Slow and laggy), hence why they might have wanted you to have it on the jellybean runtime.
