    anyone else have the volume button get stuck in a "screen shot mode"

    any time i press up on the volume it takes a screen shot... haha any way to clean underneath? or is this regular/?

    Def not normal. Might be a software or hardware issue... so. First step. Have u tried a reboot? ( pressing and holding power button for 30seconds?)
