    Hi everybody,

    Just got a Z30. I love this phone. The only thing i need to get fixed is the fact that only one side of headphones works (both bb and non bb ones). Any help would be great before I go back to Bell.

    So it's the actual headphones that don't work, but the device is fine?

    Nevermind, I did a restart and now everything is GOOD!...love blackberry!

    Doesn't Matter
    Sometimes just plugging and unplugging a few times helps with a new port.

    I found with my z10 if it was plugged in all the way I got sound only from one side - I had to gently tease it back a mm. Then it was fine- 3rd party headphones.

    Sometimes you gotta ensure the connector is pushed all the way down and turned a bit.

    My Z10 did the same thing when brand new.

    Just did a reset, and the problem never came back!
