    I tried to sideload 4.2.0 and keep getting a force close error. I then tried 4.1.2 and the camera isn't compatible. I tried sideloading 2 versions and still get error. I remember before I had to sideload one version, put it in a folder then sideload another and use that one. Can anyone help me get rid of this error? I reinstalled playbook tools and restarted both mac and bbry. I am using the Q10 on 10.1

    Is there a working one available to use for 10.1, I also tried the version from bb10 bars and from the sideloading thread that also does not work is saying your version is out of date.

    I have also tried v1.29 and v4.02 both sideloaded and am now getting incompatible device. Is my q10 messing up?

    Did you try installing an old IG version then install the new one right after ? I believe that method works. You will be having two IG versions in your phone to make that work.

    No. You need 10.2 and the runtime or a debug token to run instagram.

    Unfortunately, there is no possible way (that I know of at least if anyone would like to come forward) to run instagram on 10.1

    Should take no more than 15 minutea to install everything you need though. A quick search on CB will give you all the information that you need!

    This is incorrect, I was personally using Instagram on 10.1 before, you just need to use debug token, I was using the latest version before with no problem other then the keyboard, which 10.2 fixed

    To use the IG in 10.1 you are required to have two IG version apps in your phone to make it work.

    I stand corrected. Well either way the choice is yours. Personally, if you have the option to, save yourself the effort and hassle and upgrade to 10.2 and pick up the runtime. You'll be able to sideload countless other apps in addition to IG.
