    Welcome to Crackberry (forums)!

You lost a 9360 as in it ceased to work, or did it really get lost/stolen?

Hi folks. Been a Blackberry user for a while but jumped ship a few years ago for "ugh" android. But came back now with the Z10. Just loaded the leaked 10.2.1769 today. Have one question. Thought on 10.2 you can have black background and white text for calendar and text messages. How can I set that up?

If you do a restore after installing the leak I think it breaks the dark theme. If not, go to the hub, open settings, press in "Text Messages" and toggle the visual to dark theme.

There is a section of the forum dedicated strictly to side loading. And the app you want may or may not be able to be side loaded. Try a quick search.

Easiest way to side load? Load a 10.2 leak. Install the unlocked runtime if it doesn't already have it. And side load using the chrome extension method. Again, to do this, just go to the side loading section. You'll find all the info there. Heck, start a thread and I'll do my best to help

Thanks alot!!! I'm pretty new to this whole BlackBerry thing(recent Android convert) and although I like the keyboard on the Z10, I love Swype on Android.

No problem. Thanks to the Berry Leaks team, side loading just gets easier and better.

I did a restore from 10.1 MR to 10.2.0.1791 and am able to change the themes, but at first the setting would never stick. I'd change the setting, then reopen the application to apply the changes, but nothing happened.

I think it started working after a reboot, or after a hard reboot when my battery died.

I suggest you use the 10.2.0.1791 one. It's the most recent one that hasn't jumped to 10.2.1, which I don't suggest using because it's pretty buggy (eg camera doesn't work right... plus more). 1791 is the most stable and very similar to the official release version due to come out soon.

As for where to get it, search up 10.2.0.1791 in the forums and click the post with "BerryLeaks" in the title. I suggest you do the reading before installing it, paying particular attention to what does and doesn't work, and make sure you do a backup because installing an autoloader is a destructive process.

EDIT: If you want to wait for the official one, I think Rogers is pretty good with updates as far as time goes. I think it'll probably be out by the end of October.

Okay, depending who your carrier is your could be waiting months for 10.2. the 10.2.0.1xxx are very solid builds. Especially the later ones. The 10.2.1.xxx are more in beta for (although I've had no issue with 10.2.1.575) right now. I would recommend you do go for it, the 10.2.0.1xxx though for those are a bit more stable. It's really easy. It's to the point that there is video tutorials for everything. Just monkey see monkey do. Lol. That easy.
