Do you guys think it's worth getting the q10 if I have a z10 already?

Not for me. But only because I think BlackBerry did such a great job with the on screen keyboard in BlackBerry 10.

If you are just getting a second device..no.

I've both: Z10 since February, Q10 since May of this year.
I had the same thinking than you: I bought the Q10 because I missed the full keyboard of my 9900. After some weeks, I missed the trackpad. Conclusion: I reverted to 9900 for productivity (have an iPhone 5S for entertainment stuff), kept the Q10 in my pocket (for its battery life) and put the Z10 in a drawer...

I have both....bought the z first. I personally love them both for different reasons. The z has great real estate and the best virtual kb on the planet, while the q has the best physical kb on the planet and is a bit more compact, if you're going to carry it in a belt case.

There are many other differences, but these are my main ones.
