I am Canadian, I live in AZ 6 Months and I have unlocked my ph. I'm leaning towards AT&T as a provider how do I go about getting a sim card and what should I expect to pay for a month to month service plan? I haven't had much luck finding information on their site or from a phone rep.

I think att has a $50 a month option. T mobile has a $30 a month option but it only has 100 minutes. There is straight talk as an option also that is $45 a month. Those would be the 3 that I would look into for prepaid

Att has a Canadian Nation plan gives calling anywhere in USA and Canada with no roaming charges 450 minutes $60.

I spend 6 months on Canada and 6 in USA and this let's me use one phone everywhere
