Can someone take a white Z30 and put a Black battery door on it and take pics?? I wonder if looks as cool as the Z10 Oreo.

Yes there is. The battery itself isn't removeable, but the battery door is.
You have to remove the battery door, to insert your simcard and mediacard.

It's a battery cover on the z30 and yes its removable to access the micro sim and expandable memory. They're going to make accessories like the integrated flip cover.
