Hey folks. I'm not one for side loading or downloading leaks cause I get to nervous that a 1/2 hour process will take me 1/2 a day with me losing half my stuff.

Having said that I'm getting abit excited on having the few 10.2 coming to my z10 soon. I think they had mentioned mid to late October. So not much further now papa smurf!!

Love to finally see this officially on my cell phone. Anybody else feel the same?

10.2 is amazing! Huge difference from 10.1! You will love it. I've been running leaks for a month or so now and it is incredible

10.2 is good, to make restore process easier, all my media and games go onto a 16gig micro sd. havent had any issues and cut down the whole process to about 20-30 minutes versus 4-8 hours before.

Also you should side load the unlocked android runtime because it installs just like an app and makes android side loading apps much simpler. Side loading doesn't take long at all either, but you are right about installing a leak. Sometimes it takes a few hours to get it working right lol

I'm with you OP, im terrified to load leaks, partly because with my luck I would lose everything, and partly because I'm terrible with computers and have no idea how to do it. So yes I'm very excited for 10.2!!

No I'm not since I've loaded every 10.2 leak that's been dropped. I am excited for the people unwilling to try installing leaks to finally have the features us leak loaders have known for quite some time now.

It would be great to have it released in Oct but I have little faith. Their tracked record speaks to being consistent with one thing and that's delays.

I'm on a leaked 10.2 and think it'd be great for everyone to get the official pushed out.

Official OS does not excite me in the least. No reason for me to install an OS that is older than the one I am currently using.

Im excited, you can sideload more android app! Most dont work for 10.1. And i cant wait =)

I am excited as well, I to am not big on downloading leaks, these get a bit complicated for me.

I did do a back up and finally figured out just how to locate the file; which is not clear, I read where one poster asked " where is the file" at the time I could not help them because at that time I had not figured that out my self.

I am an advanced computer user so I an not a novice. I am not the best with logic, I am more right-brain.

Okay, so I got the file downloaded. Next there was this issue to have blackberry-link turned off when you installed/ downloaded, I had planed to download the file from BlackBerry link so how does one do an install if BB-Link if off. That is where I gave up. So I am happily waiting for a downland from AT&T. This will make my third wi-fi at home AT&T download, never had any trouble.

OS update 10.1.0.4181 bricked my Z... got a new one (warranty), although a pain in the ***, best phone out there right now, for my needs. I really hope this doesn't happen again.
