Asking politely for someone to explain what it's about really the difference between locked and unlocked and the need for a debug token.

unlocked will never go back to regular or debug with being unlocked basically giving me full access to all apps 4.2.2 can support i never see a reason to care about that small bar at the bottom

Try it both ways. Some have noted performance improvements with more recent, albeit locked runtimes. The process of creating a debug token is fast once you have done it a few times. Five minutes tops.

Unlocked has the back bar on the bottom permanently. Locked has the bar, but gives the option to hide it. So locked is better in this aspect.

Locked requires debug token for more apps than unlocked. So unlocked is better in this aspect.

It's your choice. Both the unlocked and 10.2 locked runtime have the new jellybean 4.2.2 version. My personal choice is to use the locked with debug tokens. It's a bit more advanced to set up but worth not having that stupid bar when you don't want it there.
