    At the top of the "calls screen" there are three speed dial boxes. One is for voicemail and the other two for frequently called numbers.

    How do I change these to different numbers?

    Long press the contact image and choose delete. Then you can add whoever you want.

    That did it. Thanks!

    I still don't know how to put a contact in Speed Dial. Speed Dial meaning hold down one key on dial pad.

    In the phone app, drop down the settings, and I believe it's called 'key-press speed dial'.
