My daughter's curve had the WSOD, so we ordered a replacement (in warranty). New one comes in, won't charge. Another one, same thing. Now we are on new phone number three. My husband has been dealing with all of them. Doesn't the light come on when you are charging? The phone booted up when he put the battery in, but it doesn't seem to be charging now 3 hours later (no light indicator at all).
There is no light indicating that the phone is charging. What you will see is a lightning bolt or some similar icon next to or in place of the battery strength icon.
next to the battery icon, when its charging, or plugged in, do you see a little lightening bolt thing.. anything changes WITH the battery icon once plugged in?
Mine doesnt light up when charging, only the battery icon is different.
Indicator light should be green when charging the bb with the power off but no indicator light when the power is turned on. How are you charging it PC or wall charger?
