    Yes I have restarted and problem continues. I am not running a leak. I am running version 10.1.0.4181. Seems that the settings downward swipe also does not work for internet.

    I don't have settings on downward swipe in browser.

    I hit the triple dots to get to settings. I'm on 10.1

    Not every app supports/requieres gesture to access settings. To actually determine if you have a problem, do you get to the settings on the CB app by swiping downwards?

    I was mistaken on the swipe down gesture while in Internet however I should have a swipe down gesture in the home screen to accs my general settings. It no longer works.

    Maybe try a hard reboot. Hold volume up and down key simultaneously and hold until loading icon appears.

    Are swiping from the bezel. Your swipe should start pretty much where the speaker grill at the top is.
