No I work as an electrical engineer I was Trying to get some feed back from people about why they advertised availability before anyone else.

Hmmmm. I ordered with these guys on Friday. All ordered, paid and security checked by 1pm.

They 'guaranteed' a next working day delivery, ie, today, but nothing. It's all part of their 'sales pitch' online, a factor why I ordered there.

Can't get them on the phone, no tracking number sent to me to trce the delivery, and no response yet to my emails.

So far disappointed in their service, could have bought elsewhere and actually have the phone by now.

So if you do order from here dont expect speed delivery etc.

Just my own experience so far.

I've ordered my z30 from buymobilephones.net used them several times and the phone shipped today, same day of ordering, on a before 1pm with parcel force. So I'm looking forward to getting my z30 in place of my z10!

Pot luck for you as I finally got hold of someone on the cancellation line today. First ring too.

They told me it only came into stock today for same day outward shipping.

So when I ordered on Friday, there was no stock, no guaranteed delivery in place and at that point no known answer when you would get your phone.

I'm not naive, and yes some companies do wing it, but it annoys me as if the stock hadn't come in today, then we would have been talking a week or more for delivery from ordering.

Don't know about anyone else, but my mobile is my lifeline these days. Can't afford to be messed about.Just can't be wthout it.

I ordered and paid for my Z30 yesterday from mobilephonesdirect.co.uk at about 2pm UK time and it was delivered today at about midday. All perfect. I have set it up and I am blown away. I have used BB all my working life and have had a Z10 for the past 5 months. The Z30 is much better.
