I have started making a move away from blackberry products in light of recent news and events. I purchased a brand new nexus 7fhd what an amazing tablet. I plan on buying the nexus 5 hand set as well when it is released.

No longer supporting blackberry, they don't care about me and I don't care about them. (they flopped one of the most amazing developments in recent times OS 10, Z10 and the q10.)

Yes the nexus 7 is an awesome device...I currently use my Q10 and a nexus7(1st edition).

I got the new nexus 7 and it is okay but build quality is not so great... If I press the bevel at certain places, it creaks...

That shouldn't happen. Mine doesn't do it. Try to get it replaced.

I bought my Nexus 7 about a month ago, this is an excellent tablet.

My BlackBerry Playbook is still used daily, I love the amazing multitasking capability and the swiping is just so contagious. It's the Playbook that brought me to the Z10!
I love my Z10.

I was going to get the Z10 but when BB released everywhere but US I turned to iPhone 5 and so far so good, still use my playbook daily, I don't know what my next tablet will be yet but for what I read here the Nexus 7 is the tablet to have next...

Still loving my Z10, but have just bought a new Nexus 7 as my PB felt archaic. There are lots of very good things I like, but even though it's the latest 4.3 Android, it doesn't feel as well thought out as BB10...working with Box files seems to take a few more steps than on BB, an email-only Inbox feels like a huge step back, particularly as the email clients all seem a bit clunky.

At least the apps I needed are there, as the company I've just started working for use BYOD software not available for BB and haven't moved to BES10 yet

Just bought a Nexus 7 also. Pretty nice tablet and unlike poster above, no creaks anywhere.
Not sure I like it better than my Note 10.1 though, except being able to fit the Nexus in my pocket.
