Absolutely ridiculous, that's why I left for a Galaxy. It's painful that it isn't a Blackberry, but at least it's with the times

I would check with your carrier for an update asap. A Z10 on 10.0 is such a limited device. If you are not interested in loading a leak then maybe try updating her phone with a different " official " OS

Hermano hay otras versiones oficiales de 10.1 funcionando perfecto que puedes instalar. No la dejas con el 10.0 a lo menos si te cae mal.

Tambin debes considerar instalado el 10.2 ya que tambien estan trabajando de show. Yo tengo AT&T y el. 1761 trabaja brutal y un conocido aqui en Crackberry que tambien es de PR con Claro esta super contento con el 10.2.

He won't get to much help from Claro here in Puerto Rico. It would kind of interesting to contact their customer support which is based out of the Dominican Republic and see how that goes. Lol

Yup BlackBerry is losing ground and i mean a lot of ground in those two countries and with the high price tag they prefer to buy a Galaxy or iPhone. Before BlackBerry was the king for BIS that means unlimited, cheap internet. now is all the same so i do not think that they put much effort on a phone that is not selling

Two things are ending with BlackBerry over there
1)Everyone wants instagram
2)BBM was the only reason to use a BB device

Me neither. If I was in your position, I'd have gone the leak route muuuuuuuuuuch earlier, but this is hard to comprehend.

Look, download BlackBerry Link, setup it.
Then find either <u>update </u> or go to preference <u>reload device software </u>
It will work 100%. You can wait a little till 10.2 will be officially release and you will update the same way!
