Hi, my screenshots taken from bb10 phone are saved in work space where as I need file in my personal space.

How can I change location where screenshots r saved??

There's probably a reason you can't copy it to your personal space... BlackBerry Balance keeps work and personal separate.

It should go to your Personal side when you have it on Personal mode and vice-versa, which seems like a design flaw to me.

When using Balance, screenshots are stored in work space unless it's locked. Just lock your work space and your screenshots will be stored in your personal space. This obviously is a security feature by design, preventing screenshots of potential sensitive work-related data to be leaked out through private channels...

Strongo has it right, that's the way my device works. If the work space is unlocked, screen shots are saved to the work space, regardless of which side of the device I'm working on. To get them to go to the personal side, you need to look the work space first.

OK, perhas a stupid question, but how do I "lock" my work space? Do i have to wait until it times out?

K, never mind. Click on the brief case in the drop down menu to lock the work space. Neat. Then screen caps certainly get saved to the personal work space.
