    Hi guys,

    I just backup my phone data via BB link and double the exe file its been more 20 mins... and its still say "connection to boot rom"... i mean does this much time or am i missing something?

    Please advise.

    I assume you are loading a leaked os. This comment means it is waiting for you to connect your phone to pc. Perhaps your office doesn't recognize the connection ?

    Did you have a device password set?
    It might be waiting for you to enter your BB Device password?

    Is Link closed? Does your computer see the device? Is it charging? Is it plugged in?

    Press Win+R, type "services.msc" and check if BlackBerry Device Manager is started.

    hi there,
    so far im satisfied with 10.2.01743 in terms of everything ...however i got Os update 2 days back i need suggestion....should i upgrade to 10.2.0.415 or stick to 1743 ??
