I puchased a movie the other week and found that when I tried to download, it stopped at about 3%. I discovered that this was due to having an SD card set to encrypt, as when I turned encryption off it downloaded fine.

I went to view it the other day and had the error pop up that the licence has expired and I will need to purchase again. Now this maybe because when I started to download the file initially, I pressed play. Note the video didn't play due to the fact it had a problem downloading. However I figured this may have been the reason so I selected to rent again.

When I select rent, a message comes up saying that I have already purchased the video and so can download with no payment. However after downloading approx 5mb, I get the message that the licence has expired and I will need to purchase again. I have tried to clear the cache by refreshing from the settings menu but this doesn't seem to help

Can anyone help me get out of this loop
