Pls can anyone confirm if real racing lags on os 10.2? Cause it does on my 10.1. Some say they have no problem at all. And i'll like to think those ones are on 10.2. Could someome pls confirm my theory

God bless you guys. Thanks for your feedbacks. Real racing 3 lags really badly on 10.1, well since the difference between 10.1 and 10.2 is that much, I guess it's safe to say we can expect a lot more games and apps when 10.2 goes official. If I had known this since, I would installed a leak. But the date of release is already near. Guess I'll just wait it out then. Thanks a lot guys.

I'm on 10.1 and Real racing runs well until you see a lot of cars in the screen. Mainly only have issues in "cup" races when you can have 10-20 cars being shown.
I don't think 10.2 is going to make much of a difference since RR3 is already a native game.


One thing I do notice is that after the first little while the game will start to lag even on games where there aren't a lot of cars. I think this is the CPU/GPU being throttled due to overheating. I would suggest that if you have a thick case that insulates your phone and prevents heat from dissipating, to remove the case when you play and see if it makes a difference.

Framerate drops noticeably running 10.1 MR on my Q10 during cups or any other races where many cars are on the screen. Especially during the first half lap where the majority of the field is on the screen. The Z10 should behave the same, or even worse, since the Q10 only needs to render a 720x720 resolution, while the Z10s (identical) hardware has to render 768x1280, which should stress the hardware much more.

I somehow doubt 10.2 would do any wonders here.

I have 10.1 on a z10's and I due get the occasional lag. Mostly happens during the intro though and I skip it regardless. Rarely due I see it while aging but it does happen.


Still a great game, but I wish I was playing this on a z30. I want a bigger screen

Am on .1371 I played one level and now when I reopen the game I just get a display of different cars that I can't buy yet and there's no way to exit that bloody screen it's frustrating not to be able to play such a lovely game!

Happened for me too
I am afraid you have to delete and reinstall the game. Do not choose to use any cloud services or something, since this will just get you back to the screen you're stuck in. I hope the developers are working on this very problems, seem to happen for quite a number of users, regardless of using a Q10 or Z10.

Assists are for sissies, all off
And it does lag on 10.2 if the phone hasn't been reboot in a while and you play for long enough to notice. For the most part it is smooth, but the frame rate drops to a stutter when it does lag

At 2 posters above me, have you tried searching for "real racing" in BB World? Maybe you're trying with wrong link for your country since EA lists some separately by region.

Find any EA game, open listing, open overflow menu ( i.e. tap 3 dots) , select More from Electronic Arts or whatever it says exactly.
Do you see Real Racing 3 in that list?

If not, then yeah you're waiting on EA to sign in to BB World and add the Z30 to their device list... 2 minutes' work that will take them 2 months.
Well, hopefully not!

I am trying to do the same. Apparently you have to login under settings cloud save, save, then restore on the new device...

Yes, rr3 also has a cloud save option for when you don't want to restore app data (don't have to login.. am just hit settings cloud save)
