I have noticed lately that my text messages in the hub will freeze sometimes and will only be stuck on one text message even when you swipe back and ho into another person name the same message will appear. And even when I do the hub reset ( five swipes from the corner) it still stays the same for a good while. Have anyone been experiencing this issue with the text messages on bb10 OS.

That's been happening ever since I got my z10. The fix is ending the "Text Message" process in the App monitor in settings.

Try to clear your text history often. If you can't for whatever reason, reboots are the fix unfortunately. I say move to 10.2 for the ability to stop processes.

Any other solutions? Mine does not work even when the process is stopped

HOWEVER - It (text messaging) does work when I am connected to my computer and bb link is open (the password doesn't even have to be entered for this to work)

Had this issue on 10.2.0.1047 after moving to 10.2.0.1371 I haven't had issues.

I've had this problem since the first MR. Was stable on 10.0 and the 2354 10.1 though. I've found that not having the conversations be super long makes it load normally.

I noticed it a few days ago. Since then I've cleared my messages and haven't noticed it

I'm not using any leaked versions but the OS Version is 10.1.0.4780 and software version 10.1.0.4200.

Hello, everyone! I had purchased q10 and very happy to use it. Yet I am now experiencing system freezing on text messaging. What should I do?
And I can't move to 10.2, when I click system update, the phone says that the system installed was updated.

I face the same problem with 10.2.1.3062. Will this be fixed with 10.3.1?
