    Here is why. I'm on Q1010.2 and trying to "buy" (yes, buy) apps and nothing works. I enter my BBID, select the payment method (tried all three of them, VZW carrier billing, PayPal and cc) and the "purchase" button is greyed out.

    is it because you're running a leaked build of bb10 and that could have something to do with it? have you ever tried purchasing apps with your q10 running 10.1.x?

    you have me curious now; i'm going to try and see if i can buy anything through my z10 currently running 10.2...

    I purchased MANY apps on 10.2 on Z10 (have not tried from Q10 yet)
