Theres now a hub for personal and a hub for work. The effect is not getting notifications from work, while I'm in personal hub and visa versa.
Please let me know if there's a way to go back to 1 hub, with personal and work displayed, i.e text messages and work mail

If you've been set up on a BES network, you need to disable BES

Disable connection to BES on device? Does the profile on BES need deleted, create a new profile? Run activactivation should clear it up?

T-Mobile support response, will give it a try today:
1) install Blackberry Link and handheld software v10.1.0.4780

2) backup his device local information and settings (personal side)

3) wipe the device

4) install new OS on the Z10

5) restore peronal side

6) Activate Activesync account via BES10

sdunning, I am having the same issue on AT&T with 10.2.0.1371. It is frustrating. I look forward to your results.

Kris, what would be the benefit of removing BES connection.

Hey guys, what's all this, disable BES, wipe and reload stuff?

If you are on BES10 and your Hub shows a 'Hub Work' and a 'switch to personal' option...you can switch it off.
Go to Hub, Settings, Display and actions, and at the bottom you will find 'Split work and personal accounts'. There you can make your choice.

I see the switch to turn off the separate hubs, but it is greyed out. I shall look at the BES to see if it can be turned off.

If it is greyed out then it is set to 'disallow' in BES10.. Ask your Admin if they will change it.

Thanks pmccartney, I found that setting and changed it. It propogated to my device within 15 minutes. I am the BES admin, but so very new to BES10.

sdunning, I can verify it works perfectly now. Do ask your BES admin if they can change that.
