Hi...just picked up a 8310 for the Rogers network. Put my old SIM card into it, but when I go into the setup wizard to import the SIM card contacts, though it says "there are contacts saved on your SIM card" and asks me if I want to copy contacts, when I click on yes, nothing happens...any ideas on what is happening here (and how I can fix it)? Thanks.

Try opening your address > press menu (left of t/ball) >
SIM Phone book > press menu again > Copy All To Address Book

Good suggestion...but it didn't work...do you know if there is anyway to check if there is actually anything on the SIM card...it did say in the setup wizard that there was, but is there another way to check? Thanks.

I have blackberry 8310. i can't copy to address book. This error display any one. Uncaught exception: popScreen: UiEngine is null != net.rim.device.api.ui.UiEnginelampl@d51fb302. What is it. Please help me.
