Ive noticed that BBM chats are slooooow to load on the Z10 when you open a group. The BBM chat opens quickly but the text history doesnt appear for 10 seconds or so.

Yep, this seems to happen every so often and can be quite a pain. There can even be lag when you write a message too.

I find it happens when BlackBerry are undergoing server maintenance. Most of the time it isn't so bad.

I downloaded the new upgrade and I am having major issues. First my BB would not come back on-line once you select to do the phone restart. The next issue is my hub would not load and when I went to check my phone the upgrade did not take at all. I tried the upgrade three times and had the same issue. The last major issue is I was not able to receive call or perform call outs after attempting this upgrade. I was on-line with T-Mobile tech support and they could not remedy the issue so I will have to go into a t-mobile store this morning.

Yep, I had this issue with 10.0 OS versions. All is OK for me with 10.1 now
