    Every once in awhile right beside my wifi signal their is a small pic of a house with what appears to be a wifi signal indicator over its roof. It pops up every once in awhile then goes away. Has anyone else seen this? Here is a screen shot also.
    Does anyone know what and why this symbol pops up-img_00000882.png

    It means you are within range of a network extender, a device that acts like a mini cell tower, and then puts the signal over a broadband connection to access the network. Used where tower coverage is limited, like inside buildings.
